  Have used this company for my Motorhome Insurance for the last four years. I have always found the staff to be friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. When insuring a vehicle ,there is always a need to ensure value for money and I have on a couple of occasions , at renewal, done a comparison. Caravanguard may not always be the cheapest but I appreciate their straightforward policy position with many issues already covered without working my way through an array of optional add ons. I hope that I never have to call on their breakdown / recovery services ( which is when a good company shines through!) but the ethos and service displayed by company staff give me the confidence that if I need them they will be there for me!

  Absolutely hopeless company. Avoid at all costs. Hidden costs , admin fees etc. Also a lot of negative reviews of people that have actually made a claim from them, not just browsed website or pay monthly fee for the insurance and never claimed. But these reviews are pushed out the way with fake accounts writing positive reviews. bottom line avoid there are plenty of other caravan insurance company's out there offering better deals and have none of these admin fees.
