  Avoid getting guinea pigs from here, the staff asked me if i was able to treat ringworm myself, seeming rather interested in it, the pigs immediately contracted it.

  It used to be 5* , however on two recent occasions I have been treated very rudely by the same person of the new staff members. On one of the occasions, I have asked for an advice as to how to introduce a kitten to a resident dog as its keep on hissing, while having a kitten for a week and the response I received was: "then they probably won't get on init" This was very misleading as thankfully I've already done some research before getting a kitten knowing there are ways, so at this point I have asked if there is like a cat specialist that could maybe help me (the girl I was dealing with was quite young) and here's the next brilliant response I have received: "We haven't got any" If you need an advice etc make sure you'll go to an expierienced member of staff, as even asking for one won't get you anywhere.
