- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been going to Jen's pilates classes for quite a few years now, and I really rate them every week is different and themed which keeps your interest, I have tried other Pilates classes before and they were no where near the quality of Jen's classes, same evey week boring. I have also used the Physiotherapy service at Plus Health Company many times every time as professional as the other and staff are very knowlegable and friendly and really helped me with my back pain at the time...also they are registered with different insurers so if like me you could claim back your physio appointments through Bupa for example.
